Bahia Sommers

Founder & Creative Director

Holding degrees from both UCLA in Sociology and ArtCenter College of Design in Graphic Design, Bahia takes a distinctive and tailored approach to design. Understanding trends, demographics and brand building are some of the ways she has successfully delivered thoughtful, relevant and differentiated designs for over 10 years. Pushing herself and her team to never just “make it look nice” Bahia sees herself & the team as visual problem solvers and storytellers. She has created award winning designs for a multitude of industry leaders in health and beauty, entertainment, publishing and food and beverage.  Working with The Wine Group she has helped design and develop such brands as Chloe, Slowpress, Ava Grace and Imagery. She also refreshed and revitalized Concannon, Benziger, Big House and MD 20/20.

Chad Sommers

Co-Founder & Creative Director

With over 20 years of experience in the world of product design & development, Chad Sommers has been a key player in developing renowned brands such as Kat Von D Beauty, Marc Jacobs, Formula X, Ole Hendriksson, Mdna, and PUR, to name only a few. His fine arts background lead him to the world of product design and development. Chad managed much of the high end cosmetics & apparel for Disney during his time at Disney Consumer Products. Chad was also instrumental in launching the Kendo branch of Sephora which has disrupted the cosmetic & skincare landscape. Chad leads his design team to focus on filtering out the noise to pinpoint trends and design beyond those trends. Chad Sommer’s is not only experienced in product design & development, but also has years of experience working with entertainment companies such as Illumination, Disney, Dreamworks & Universal, as a consultant and designer on environmental & product concepts.
